Experience

Besides having a second career in Christian counseling and education, Lori has had experience teaching daycare, curriculum development, K-8 Art, CLC tutoring, and working with children with autism/sensory disorders, and their parents. She enjoys leading in play and art therapy. She is familiar with 12-step programs and has a heart for helping those who struggle with depression and anxiety. The most important part of her career is helping others find their true Identity in Christ.

About Me

Lori has been married to her husband, Al, for 35 years. Together they have two grown sons and a daughter-in-law.

Lori was raised in a traditional church and had her own personal "spiritual awakening" at age 28 when she turned her life fully over to following Christ. Since then, she has been an active member of BSF (Bible Study Fellowship), led support groups and small group Bible studies, taught classes, mentored, participated in a short-term missionary trips, food and clothes drives, as well as other various volunteer positions in her church and community.

Statement of Faith

We believe in God, the Father Creator of Heaven and Earth.

We believe in Jesus Christ our Lord, God's only Son, conceived by the Holy Spirit born of the Virgin Mary.

We believe in the Trinity: Father, Son and Holy Spirit are One.

We believe that Christ became flesh: fully God, fully Man. The second Adam, the sinless lamb as a propitiation to God the Father for our sins. He was sacrificed on a cross, died, was buried and on the third day rose again.

We believe in a life eternal, a literal heaven and hell.

We believe in Christ's second coming to judge the living and the dead.

We believe the Bible is the inerrant Word of God and is our guide.
